Martin Henze: Ukraine’s declaration of war: The TLK-1000 could cost Putin Crimea.

Moscow should withdraw unconditionally from the territories it occupied in 2022 and sign a ceasefire agreement.
Otherwise, Russia runs the risk of Putin also losing Crimea and tens of thousands more Russians dying.
Toloka is the name of an underwater drone that has been reported on as a prototype since 2023. It was recently unveiled at the “Defence Tech Valley 2025” exhibition in Lviv, western Ukraine.
This means that Ukraine is threatening to extend its dominance in the Black Sea.
What’s more, the weapon is now ready for frontline service and available in sufficient numbers.
Some of them are already lying in the Black Sea in a dormant position.
If Putin does not back down, the Kerch Bridge and other bridges and ships could be shaken to their foundations. Russian troops would lose the land connection between the administrative unit of Kherson and Crimea, as well as their entire Black Sea fleet. This would also mean the loss of supplies to the peninsula.
In Lviv, engineers presented the Ukrainian underwater drone Toloka. It is available in versions up to twelve metres long. Three TLK-1000 variants with lengths of four to twelve metres were also on display. The drones can fly up to 2,000 kilometres and carry up to five tonnes of payload.
This is a very positive development in the East. In the end, freedom will prevail, the dictator will feel the crooked arm of justice, and his people will return to the circle of civilisation, as Winston Churchill used to say.
